Anteo is a recruitment platform focused on improving collaboration and operational efficiency across multiple user roles. I led the UX and UI direction, working closely with founders and developers as the product expanded from early-stage MVP into a structured system.
This was not a simple marketing site. It was a logic-heavy product serving multiple user types with different goals, permissions and workflows.
The platform needed to support four distinct user groups.
Each group interacts with the system differently. The real challenge was not visual styling, it was structuring complex flows in a way that feels intuitive and natural.
At the same time, the product needed to automate internal processes without feeling robotic. Recruitment is built on relationships, so efficiency could not come at the cost of personalization.
We started with internal research and discovery, speaking with team members to understand pain points and operational bottlenecks. From there, I focused on:
The guiding principle was simple, increase efficiency without removing personality from the experience.
This project evolved over more than a year. We iterated continuously rather than treating it as a one-time delivery. The design decisions were always aligned with operational impact, not just aesthetics.
Design iterations:
The product allowed the team to operate faster while maintaining strong professional relationships, and in the other hand, a lot more happy and satisfied candidates were joining Anteo network, so business benefits in both ways.
