Loaded.com, formerly CDKeys, is one of the largest digital game marketplaces globally, serving over 20 million users per month. I have been collaborating with their teams for more than seven years, supporting both product and marketing design across web, email and promotional campaigns.
This is long-term, high-volume design inside a fast-moving, high-traffic environment.
Operating at this scale introduces structural complexity. The platform contains thousands of games, multiple platform categories, regional offers and time-sensitive promotions. Navigation and discoverability are critical.
One of the key redesign efforts I contributed to was restructuring the main header navigation and mega menu system. These components needed to handle:
