The initial design deadline was just seven days. The development team consisted of two developers who needed clean, structured files to move quickly.
The goal was clear. Ship fast, but do it properly.
This meant avoiding unnecessary complexity while ensuring strong brand presence and commercial performance.
Rather than designing page by page, I created a small but effective system, so they can start building atoms and molecuels while I am working with stakeholders on approving the design direction for 2 new brands. First round shipped to devs within 1 day:
Consistent spacing structure
Reusable components
Visual hierarchy rules
Scalable typography
Structured layout logic
For the second brand, I cloned and adapted the first system. Because the foundation was solid, the second e-commerce design was completed within one to two days.
This was intentional. Speed was made possible by preparation, not improvisation.
Instead of following a traditional linear process, we moved in parallel.
After the initial kick-off and strategy call, I didn’t wait to fully finalize and approve every logo or visual direction before involving development. I started shipping immediately.
I sent early wireframes, section structures and core layout components to the developers so they could begin building right away. At the same time, I was refining the brand direction and visual identity with the founders.
Every day, the project moved forward. While developers were implementing approved sections, I was designing the next ones. While discussing positioning and details with the owners, I was already preparing structured components for build.
This approach eliminated the typical delay of waiting 10 to 20 days for full design sign-off before handing everything over to development. Instead of one big delivery, we moved in controlled increments.
Designed logos for both brands
Built full visual identities
Designed e-commerce user experience
Created product packaging aligned with digital branding
Delivered structured, build-ready files section by section
The result was a project that progressed continuously from day one. I was setting the pace, coordinating between business and development, and making sure nothing was blocked. Everything was aligned under one coherent visual and structural logic, allowing speed without sacrificing consistency.
